Q: "Am I able to stop in and buy a baked good?"
A: Unfortunately not, we are not a storefront bakery. Everything we make is pre ordered. If you are wanting to place an order but are unsure if it's too late, send us an email at email@example.com and we will be sure to let you know if we have availability.
Q: "When can I pick up my order?"
A: We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our Eastwood location.
Q: "Do you deliver, if so how far?"
A: Absolutely!! We are happy to deliver within a 10 mile radius of our Eastwood location. Just select ship in cart. As long as address is within radius, you can select Local Delivery.
Q: "I just placed an order, when will it be ready?"
A: We try our best to fulfill orders within 2-4 business days. Order processing may be slightly delayed during peak holiday seasons. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up or local delivery.
Q: "I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?"
A: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know about the problem within 48 hours and then return the uneaten portion of your dessert to our Eastwood location within three business days of receipt of your product. Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly), we will certainly make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away!
